Hey socials, welcome back to my blog posts. This my first blog post of the year. First of all, I’m wishing a Very Happy New Year and May you get to do the things you love more and more in this year. This post is gonna be little different from the others. Well without further do let’s dig into the post.

I know tittle doesn’t say much, but trust me this is not gonna be that you should change in new year and you should have some new resolutions sort of a post. Even if I told you to change for the good in this new year, well truth be spoken, you won’t. And those new year resolutions won’t lasts till December. As I was growing up, I have passed so many new year eves enough to believe that new year resolutions are nothing but just another collection of few beautiful words. If you are thinking that you should hit the gym as your new year resolution, good but try to do it till next new year. I challenge you to keep those new year resolutions through out the year, because I know at a point we all give up. You may heard that people say, new year is like a new book with 365 of empty pages, fill it with most beautiful things. Well what I can say is, you can always buy a new book with empty pages. So new year is not the only place you should change or add new things to your life.

Depending on what 2018 teaches you, at the end of 2018 you have changed. May be that’s not what you expected at the beginning of 2018. That’s what it is. Important thing is are you happy with what you have become? Well if not do you see what has gone wrong here? You can stay in whatever phase you were in at the end of the 2018. Change yourself only when you feel, not just because of it’s a new year. You can still set a goal for the new year. You can plan the year ahead. But don’t force yourself.

I’m gonna tell you little things that you can do in this year. Which will make you happy at the end of the year. you may start these at these after reading this post, but somewhere middle of the year you may stop doing these. Well despite of what future you think, try to do these at least for a month or two. Even for a week do these, and at the end of the year you will be thankful for doing that.

  1. COLLECT MEMORIES

Well, when I say collect memories, I did not mean that you should go out, you should go out on a trip or something like that. What I meant was take a box and take some pieces of papers and a pen of course. Whenever something happened in your life which makes you so happy, write it down in the piece of paper and put it into the box. Make sure that all these memories are happy memories, because at the end of the year I want you to be happy not to be sad about what went wrong. Just do this at least for a week, or for a month or through out the year, and thank me later for making you smile at the end of the year.

2. START A MORNING ROUTINE

If any of you all are planing to be a productive person, well why not start a morning routine. It’s already February. If you take the January as a trial month, you may now feel like I should be productive if I want to have the life I love. I’m not going to tell more about morning routines here. If you guys wanna know more about morning routines, please read my blog post about How to Be a Morning Person.

3. READ A BOOK OR TWO

You may be wondering why did she say read a book or two. To be honest we all are having busy lives. You hardly find time to read a book. So what you can do is take your free time and try to read a book or two. If you have more time you can always go for more books. Why I’m saying this is, reading always make you more smarter. More you read more you gather information, knowledge. So that when you talk, you sound more smarter. Which is gonna help you to win your life goals in a way that you can’t even imagine.

4. DON’T HOLD GRUDGES

By growing up, if I added something to my life, it is not to hold grudges. You should know how it feels. In this life you may find so many people who do wrong you. You may get so hurt or you may lost so many things due to that. But the thing is, if you are holding those grudges, it will slowly kill you day by day. Assume you hate a person, may be because of what that person did to you in the past. Every time you see that person your blood starts boiling. So one day your friends want to go on a trip and they invite both of you to the trip. Now what are you gonna do? You either ditch the trip or go on the trip and not enjoying it but keep your blood boiling. Now if you look into this scenario you may understand the one who is getting the disadvantage is you. And I strongly believe that you love yourself more to not to let any bad thing happens to your life. So start letting go on things, don’t hold grudges and live the happy life you deserve.

5. BE ORGANIZED

The best way to follow your dreams and live the life you need is being organized. In this post I’m not going to talk more depth about how to be organized. I will dedicate a new post for that. Being organized makes your life much more easier. You may not just believe it just because of I say, do it and see it to yourself.

Above mentioned are the few tips that you can do and be happy at the end of the year. But you do not have to do these through out whole year. I know most of you all who read this post won’t continue this for the whole year. But at least for a month or two, do and feel the change. Only thing you should keep in your mind is, new year is not the only place you should change yourself. You can change yourself at any time you need. You don’t need new year’s resolutions. All you need is to do what suits to the moment and win the life. Setting long terms and short term goals are much needed. But if you feel like change the life at the end of the year, you don’t have to wait till new year to come. Come out of the box and think smart.

I hope this year would help you to make your dreams true and live the life you deserve. Work hard to get the best out of this year and live your life to the fullest. See you again in another new blog post. If you have anything to add to this post, please feel free to comment down below. Live the life you love.
